Chef of the Month – Celebrate the Small Wins

Which got me thinking today, how often do you celebrate the good things, the small wins, the little achievements that take us to the BIGGER picture?

It could be just patting yourself on the back for getting through service a Chef down.

Or getting a nice bit of feedback from a customer – who loved the food you prepared.

Or even getting all the mis en place done before a busy lunch service.

These are small wins, that are important to the BIGGER picture, and should not be overlooked.
